Artilect Report allows the creation of reports which can have multiple heading levels. It provides the ability to produce reports by working together in real-time amongst groups of people located anywhere in the world. In combination with instant messaging / VOIP / Video Conferencing products such as Skype, it provides an easy to use solution for those who need to create and publish reports to and from distributed groups.

All reports can be previewed during creation and published locally, typically using the word processor of the Office suite running on the machine, e.g. Word. Since reports are generated in html, they can easily be deployed to a web site in real-time or on demand.

Users can create completely blank reports and add customised headings and sub-headings, which can then be saved as a template. Alternatively, a template can be chosen, which provides a pre-existing set of headings and sub-headings. In both cases, creating a report is as simple as filling in the details for each heading / sub-heading and pressing the report button.

Anyone who has access to the report may view the current state of it at any time, simply by opening the report and pressing the report button. Artilect Report represents a very cost-effective and simple to use method of working together on documents, regardless of location.
