Artilect Project runs within the Artilect environment and implements the Project Cycle Management (PCM) and Logical Framework methodologies. It provides all of the facilities needed for full life-cycle programme and project management amongst groups of people located anywhere in the world.

Artilect Project provides administrative procedures that cover the entire project cycle, from strategy planning and problem analysis, through to monitoring and evaluation and is suitable for any size of organisation: from those with large development programmes with hundreds of projects in different countries to those with regeneration projects in small communities.

All programmes are slightly different: they have different terminology, data capture, monitoring and reporting needs. In view of this, Artilect Project has been designed to be flexible. Clients can customise language, budget headings, accounting codes, template structures and reporting interfaces.
